How to Use Seaweed in the Garden

Rainfall typically washes away surface salt, and most common garden plants tolerate the minimal amounts present. However, in areas with limited rainfall or when using large amounts, rinsing can help prevent potential salt buildup, especially in container gardening or with salt-sensitive plants.
